Painterly quote from thin section view into material of meteorite TUXTUAC, Mexico (Ordinary Chondrite) including text quote from transcriptions of the Apollo Air-to-Ground-Communication from original NASA-microfiches – and the iconic aviation pioneer Otto Lilienthal in ready-to-flight take-off position.

Picture and language

Motif study with overlays of text fragments from NASA original transcriptions (transferred by means of CAD masks in painterly transfer) and the bird-man Otto Lilienthal ready for take-off. In the background, the design of a butterfly wing is incorporated into the pigment painting using partially water-soluble binders.
