'REDraw I’, 2005, 285 x 184 cm

Pigment painting on fresco ground, with integrated flat screencomputer at exact level of painting surface

From panel painting to work surface

This large-format pigment painting, with its intercultural and technological-historical themes, required a very open, painterly-dynamic process of creation with special planning for its elaborate overpainting and underpainting on its fresco ground until its completion after more than two years with the installation of an integrated industrial computer with screen for multimedia interaction.
