The deeply rooted disciplines of Art and Science (despite their separation) are increasingly reflecting each other again and have shaped and encouraged my artistic work ('artist views') over more than three decades of collaboration with scientists from research in medicine/biochemistry and industry. As a 'research artist’, I don't seek a particular style, but rather understand my work as a perpetual exploration in seeing, creating and valuing – to make visible.
After early works of constructivist art (1969/70), in 2006 I started my long-dreamed-of ‘visual engineering’ for choreographable mechanical-kinetic panel pictures (paintings) of a kinetic constructivism.
